One kit, eight presentations

The decision isn't what goes in the kit — the contents are identical across all of them — but how it reaches the guest. And that difference matters more than it sounds: the same set in a kraft paper bag works as a functional item in the kitchen cupboard, while in a black case with a ribbon it becomes a welcome gesture on the living-room table.

These are the options:

• Kraft paper bag with window — neutral and practical, the most requested in intensively managed apartments
• Bio welcome bag — version with a printed welcome design
• Welcome display — cardboard stand with a "Welcome" card, visible from the entrance
• Cotton bag — reusable; the guest takes it home or leaves it in the property
• Cardboard box — stackable, the tidiest option for cupboards and small storerooms
• House-shaped case — gift format, common in rural properties and longer stays
• Roll format — the most compact, designed for housekeeping trolleys and limited storage
• Luxury Brand — black box with ribbon, for villas and upmarket properties

What the kit contains

Each set brings together what a guest needs to handle basic cleaning during their stay without having to buy anything: a double-sided sponge, a scourer, single-serve washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. It's the combination that covers the kitchen and surfaces for a short or medium stay.

It does not include professional deep-cleaning products: for that we have our cleaning products section, designed for the housekeeping team rather than the guest.

Custom kits: if you need a different combination

The standard kit covers most cases, but not all. Longer stays usually call for more detergent; properties with a washing machine need laundry capsules; rural houses with a garden or fireplace need something else again.

We'll build the kit with the products you choose, in the presentation format you prefer. You can combine items from our bulk products section or add bathroom hygiene kits. Tell us what kind of property you manage and how long the average stay is, and we'll propose a composition — or confirm that the standard set does the job, if that's the case.

Why a cleaning kit changes how a property is rated

In holiday rentals, a good share of negative reviews isn't about the property itself but about small gaps: nothing to wash a plate with, no bin bags left, the guest having to go out and buy detergent on day one.

A kit solves that before it happens. And it has a second, less obvious effect: a property that provides the means to clean tends to come back in better condition. It's the reason many operators now treat it as part of the basic equipment, alongside towels and hotel amenities.

Every format can carry your logo or a welcome message, from a single carton and with no additional minimum order. Single-colour printing in black, white, blue, green, red or brown. You send us the file, we prepare a photo mock-up free of obligation so you can see the result on the actual product and, once approved, production starts.

The minimum order is one carton per article, personalised versions included. Units per carton vary by format and are shown on each product.
